How do I import the NFT into MetaMask?

The VERI SmartMetal NFT exists on the Base blockchain. It may or may not be visible in MetaMask by default.

If the NFT isn't shown under the NFTs tab, you can (optionally) import it by following these steps:

Open MetaMask wallet tab (wallet icon in lower left corner)
Click NFTs
Click Import NFTs
Enter SmartMetal NFT contract address in Address input box:

Enter NFT # in ID input box (obtained during Activation process)
ID

Click IMPORT
Open Settings (gear icon in bottom right corner)
Click Security & Privacy
Scroll down to Display NFT Media - ensure slider is "On" (slid to the right)
Scroll down to IPFS Gateway - ensure slider is "On" (slid to the right)
Choose preferred IPFS gateway from drop-down:
https://gateway.pinata.cloud/ipfs/

VERI SmartMetal NFT Contract Address (Base) - copy and paste into Address input box (step 4):
